1880s Ordnance Survey plans

Both the Record Office and the Library Service hold large scale ordnance survey maps covering the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. Editions of these maps have been produced from the 1870s at a scale of 6” and 25” to the mile.

Useful for pinpointing the site of a house or acting as a point in time between or before which a house was built.
